she tried the new lipstick her friend gave her.  and then, she tried the new lipstick her friend gave her.  afterwards, she tried the new lipstick her friend gave her.  then she thought she ought to try the new lipstick her friend gave her. meanwhile, while trying the new lipstick her friend gave her, she made a mental note to try the new lipstick her friend gave her,  and while trying the new lipstick her friend gave her, she thought how thoughtful her friend was to give her a new lipstick to try
