Body-Con At Work
Body-con dresses allow us to embrace our curves as women of colour. This is the only way to wear a body-con dress to work: high neck, sleeves and preferably below-the-knee length.
Adding accessories can take a simple checkered suit and uplift it in ways that you never thought of. The mules in this case is what makes the outfit. The hat is another way to intensify what can be a boring outfit (takes it from work to event worthy).
Developing a wardrobe of accessories can take time but it’s so worthwhile. You can always have something fabulous to pop on, no matter your mood or occasion.

When you can wear jeans to work.
Working from home doesn’t mean you shouldn’t dress for work. There’s magic and power in getting dressed for a work day that leads to increased productivity. Clothes should be business casual, but comfy enough to not restrict a power nap. Have some coffee, then nap for about 30 minutes. I guarantee the most productive afternoon session of your life.
