Papers fly off his desk and through the lower panels. 

 There’s a panel of Night Vale’s skyline, with the radio tower standing high above the town. Finally, Cecil, Carlos, and Esteban as well as Aubergine are shown stargazing together and smiling. Esteban is a young brown child, and Aubergine is a fluffy white dog. Esteban is sitting on Carlos’ shoulders, and he accidentally pulls Carlos’ hair as he points upwards. Carlos laughs and holds onto Esteban’s leg. Cecil is holding Aubergine, and he smiles down at Carlos as he helps steady Esteban. The purple and blue glow from the sky surrounds them.
