I was able to connect with the moon on my drive home from the studio tonight. To say it was beautiful would be an understatement. Tonight’s restorative class at @ahimsayogastudioelmhurst was breath-taking. A combination of the moons energy, an amazing space, wonderful spirits, lavender oil, my singing bowl and a renewing, releasing practice created an all-around beautiful hour. I am so blessed. I am so thankful.

Today is a gift.
