Yoko Ono (born February 18, 1933) is a multimedia artist, singer, songwriter, and activist she is known for her performance art and filmmaking. She is mostly known for being the second wife and widow of famed Beatle John Lennon. As a couple, John and Yoko were activists known for their elaborate protests for peace and their experimental music with John and The Beatles also their band Plastic Ono Band. She mixes various medium of art that doesn’t seem to make sense on paper but when you see it you’re like,“ oh, I get it !“Yoko is still performing her form of art and music occasionally with her son Sean Lennon. Yoko is also keeping her late husband’s desire for peace for everyone alive.
