whenever i’m going to start a fic for a new fandom, i do at least 3-4 hours of research on the fandom (reading through wikis, rewatching episodes and manga, etc.) and taking notes on it before i actually start bc i wanna get the canon facts and characterization right. it’s the one thing i lowkey pride myself in my writing ✌️✨
