‘Passing on a legacy’ - Today (29/01/2014) is Yoshizo Machida’s birthday. He was the man that raised Lyoto Machida, teaching him Karate. Lyoto offers a unique stand-up game that we don’t often get to see because of preconceived notions that having anything other than Boxing or Muay Thai will get you killed in the Octagon. Oss! Happy birthday.
