Aaaand I know we’re mostly caught up to the public now, but Ch 17 of the Prime Override is now up on my Patreon~!

Gonna take a few weeks off from public updates to get back ahead, because wow my backlog never lasts long ;_;

The Prime Override - Chapter 16 is up!

Echo & Omega.

“Please put on some sort of publicly acceptable clothing first,” Echo calls after him. The Vode may be perfectly comfortable with nudity, but Fives is still a Councilor, and someone that many vod'e respect and possibly look up to. At least in public, where he might be called to duty, he should dress with enough dignity that it befits his station.

There’s also the fact that General Kenobi is here now too; Echo isn’t sure what the General would consider “publicly acceptable,” but he’s relatively confident that the thin, near-transparent crop top and tiny panties Fives is wearing now don’t count.

But perhaps most importantly, if Fives ever takes a blaster bolt to the ass cheek because he decides to indulge in his exhibitionism, Echo will be so embarrassed that he’ll never recover from being associated with such a stupid twin.

The next Take Flight fic chapter is up on Patreon!

Just a lil heads up that fic chapter 4’s up and written! Like most of my Patreon content, you can read it in advance on the $1 Tier. The link HERE!

The last fic chapter took…five months between posting on Patreon and posting publicly ^ ^;;;;; Not entirely sure how long it’ll take this time, but this fic chapter will also eventually be public.

(I don’t plan on using Tumblr’s new tipping function because I personally get tired of seeing asks for money everywhere I look online, and I don’t want my content to add to that. But I occasionally promote my Patreon, where you can get a ton of advance access and exclusive content for pay-what-you-want! <3)

The Prime Override - Chapter 19 is up!

Seventeen has a blast beating up a punching bag, and Fordo disapproves.

Jango has never been beaten by any of his clones in fair, one-on-one combat. That isn’t to say that his men aren’t his match; far from it. But Jango knows their fighting styles intimately well, had developed them with them, and thus far had always managed to stay a few steps ahead by further honing his own skills in response. Alpha-77 had come extremely close to defeating him on multiple occasions, but Jango still has incomparably more experience, especially in real life or death situations, and always managed to slip away.

It was always exhilarating, doing serious spars with his men. Spars made Jango feel pride, to see how far the Alphas had come, to know they’d without a doubt live up to their label of being the best soldiers the galaxy has ever seen. They’d helped reassure Jango that they’d successfully internalized all of the skills Jango had instilled in them, to give them a better chance of surviving once the war broke out. They offered a genuine challenge to all of Jango’s skills and wit, presenting him with opponents who in many ways were Jango himself, but better in almost every physical way. They allowed Jango to walk away with renewed certainty in his own skills as someone worthy of being their Prime.

It’s a feeling he tries to remember, the tenth time Alpha-17 flings him into the wall like a rag doll.

The Prime Override - Chapter 20 is up!

Happy Kenobi day!!!

If Jango was asked to select who he thinks looks like the most “generic Jedi” from a lineup, Jango can imagine picking Obi-Wan Kenobi. He doesn’t look like a special Jedi, nor a powerful one, nor an especially holier-than-thou weirdly elevated one–in fact, no single descriptive adjective immediately comes to mind. He is so average, so wholly embodying every stereotype associated with Jedi but in such a mediocre way, that it’s almost embarrassing to look at him–as though he’s a bland caricature of a Jedi conjured from the minds of the masses, and Jango, of all people, is almost offended on the behalf of the other jetiise.

Kenobi had looked a bit more interesting when they had first met in Jango’s quarters on Kamino. The drowned rat impersonation had at least been something.

But Jango also knows that impressions aren’t everything.
