- BoE has Gideon’s body.
- Some BoE members have begun venerating it.
- We learned from Nonius that obsession can call ghosts.
- It’s easier to possess people you’re related to.
I am not connecting these dots but I am looking at them thoughtfully.
Seconding that we haven’t seen the last of Wake. I want to know how her spirit hung around that long in the first place because Pent said something implying that kind of revenant lifespan - possessing Gideon’s sword for YEARS - is unheard of. I think the general assumption is “pure spite,” but no way is that the only factor.
