Very important☝️

Due to force majeure circumstances, my students and I moved to the city of Xuchang. Now we are 70 km from Dengfeng and Shaolin. ⚠️

Thanks to my #师兄 now at our disposal monastery #baitusi (Temple of white Rabbit) for training.

Part of the foreign students live right in the monastery, and part with me in the school right in front of the monastery. Still active training, intense heat in summer and soup for Breakfast and dinner.

The last few weeks have been difficult due to the unexpected move and I want to say thank you to all the students that helped. My disciples who were distracted from their worries and came to an unknown place for help.

I am happy to welcome everyone to my new school with old traditions
