Japanese marbled beef. Soft and delicious.
Bake it with salt & black pepper.
This time it was medium rare… I burned one side a little because it was delicious.

Japanese rice is soft and sweet.
Add salt to the rice.

I make nigiri sushi.

very delicious!

霜降り牛で握りを作りました。
塩＆黒胡椒で焼きます。
今回はミディアムレアにしました。。。片面を少し焦がしました、なぜなら美味しい。
ヤバイ美味しさ！
