I thought it is a french restaurant though today I discovered it also served SUSHI!! They have started lunch services from this March.

I could savored the tastes of the fish, vegetable and above all, the texture of rice which is moist and good.

I would like to focus more on watching the works of ITAMAE SAN who produces such great dishes.

3月からランチ営業を開始されたそうです。スタイリッシュなカウンターで、華やかなお寿司をいただきました。

魚や野菜の美味しさが混ざり合い、そしてなにより、お米のもっちり、ふわっとした食感、とても美味しかったです。

こんな美しいお寿司がどうやって作られていくのか、次回は板前さんの職人技に注目してみたい。
