i was actually struggling to get ZYL’s face right for the last drawing and i was about to give up when i remembered the existence of this meme

and i thought what the hell and drew a mango as a joke. but the thing is, it WORKED????? i’m LAUGHING; i love that it worked

The crew of the USS Guangming heading out on some well-deserved shore leave! They’re gonna hit the beach, the bars, and possibly each other! (Affectionately, of course).

This was inspired by a group photo of the cast striking these exact poses, which I’ll put under the read more. When I saw it I knew I had to draw it (Chu Shuzhi and Zhu Hong acting SO out of character was too good to resist!)
