I heard Ibuprofen works better than Tylenol for the 2nd round of Pfizer, so I prepared this as well. Aja Aja Pfizer! They said it doesn’t hurt if you say that. #NoHashtag

T/N: aja aja fighting (아자 아자 화이팅) is an expression to boost morale or encouragement. Pfizer in Korean = 화이자. He switched out 팅 for 아자 아자 화이자 (aja aja Pfizer) as a play on 아자 아자 화이팅
