So let me get this straight @delta and @edbastian your employee called the security on me promising me a $300 gift card and didn’t explain anything to me so now it’s my fault. Out of about 9 employees at Delta all were unprofessional and that’s the best you all got. That’s your best talent? This unprofessional woman named Keina is your best talent? All of them had attitudes yesterday. Chic-Fil-A is headquartered in Atlanta and I’m sure they can give @Delta a lesson in customer service. This is her calling stating I harassed her. As much as black men are getting arrested for nothing, that means it had to be a lie. I didn’t know asking for something is harassment. To make matters worse, one of the delta employees needed my help, to pick up a bag. Guess what, I didn’t help her. By the way, I didn’t harass her, the security saw nothing wrong and left. Delta treats Veterans like this. A company that hires Vets. Let me ask you, who are you all paying to be the best company to work for because they were all frustrated. Not a good look.
