Very late lunch with the biggest little brother. Roasted tomato and garlic pasta with spinach and hummus and sriracha and mixed mashed beans on the side I work between 3 and 6 hr shifts and each one is 1 hr travel there and another back and I’m finding it so hard to eat regularly around them. Must make more of an effort to meal prep!
