It causes unnecessary stress and anxiety about situations where you could potentially fail and steals your happiness. You learn from mistakes and making yourself realize that you’re human and you’re going to make mistakes and that’s okay is hard, but once you do, you realize that stressing about things won’t make the end result any different.
