of course the day I crave nicecream is the day it snows outside but honestly this is the most delicious nicecream I have EVER made! all I used was about 3 cups frozen mango, a splash of coconut milk, and 2tbs coconut sugar. I then pulsed it in my blender until it reached an ice cream-like consistency
