Sharing my lunch, a little late but whatever. First time in almost two year that I made poached eggs and hollandaise. I woke up this morning super keen to bake all the things. Not entirely sure why but hell, let’s do it. I made keto cheese and garlic muffins, cheesecake and chocolate mousse desserts to freeze, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, meringue, and dog ice cream. And on top of that we had a bit of a sink malfunction and had to disassemble the whole thing and fix the blocked pipes but it’s done now, first time since moving in 6 years ago and I also finished two prep drawings for a commission. And a lot of other chores. All of a sudden I have all this energy and will to do stuff. I haven’t felt like this in a long time and it’s funny, you don’t realise how bad it is until you are out the other end. Hormones are a bitch. Anyway, the rest of this week is lots of work, making banana bread, brownies, dog food and a fair amount of friend seeing .
Sorry for treating you guys like my diary, I seem to come on here and my brain just overflows.
