Well, despite the fact I felt sloth like last month, I apparently still averaged over 700 calories a day.. So, my #applewatch #fitnesschallenge is no joke this month.. I hope this helps light a fire under my butt to take better care of myself, because I feel like bloated garbage. Sigh. And; it’s not so much weight, I haven’t weighed.. I just feel bad.
