So. This is me right now. This is 6 weeks of no working out, eating at least one burger a week, and

So. This is me right now. This is 6 weeks of no working out, eating at least one burger a week, and generally not giving a shit Leading up to my wedding I went harder then ever, also meaning I restricted evvveerryytthhiingg! I literally didn’t eat a carb for 4 weeks!!! So when the wedding was over, I binged, and I mean I binged on everything nearly every day! And now, I feel like shit. I’m addicted to sugar and fat again and look like a bloated potato! But more importantly my depression has never been worse, my skin is a mess, my hair is dry and I’m tired all.the.damn.time!!! Which brings me to my point ☝️ yes I have put on weight, but I forgot what eating healthy and working out does for my mental health, not just my bod! Having abs is a blast, but feeling happy in myself and in my head is why IM GOING TO THE GYM! Starting @annavictoria #fbg and gonna try and get alllll offf thiiisss back to somewhere a little more happier, and a little less bloated

Hello old friend….I know, it’s been a while. Too long. Too many weeks, too many months, too many excuses. Too busy at work, too busy at life. Tonight we started to get the train back on the tracks though. Just a mile at a time, or in this case 3.32 miles. I’d forgotten how much I loved my treadmill time, forgotten how much I love my nothingness time. I’d forgotten that to take care of others, you have to take care of yourself. So, one mile at a time, one day at a time, we’re going to pull it together.

Are you an indecisive person? Then maybe you should keep reading this  ⁣

Making decisions is part of our every day life. But even though we make decisions on a daily, sometimes chosing one option over another can take forever.⁣

I noticed that I make decisions more easily when I follow a simple framework. I ask myself three questions:⁣

1️⃣ Who am I?⁣

2️⃣ What do I want?⁣

3️⃣ What were my recent successes?⁣

What I love about this little framework is that it reminds you of who you are in the present moment, what you want your future to look like, and how the past has shown you already that you can achieve great things.⁣

Whenever I have to make a (minor/major) decision this framework comes in very very handy. ⁣
