Been experimenting with #avocados lately in smoothies. This one is strawberry banana avocado protein smoothie, but you can’t taste the avocado! It just makes it really creamy. I used banana extract since banana’s aren’t always my friend while losing weight, but feel free to add an actual banana. I used a half cup of frozen strawberries, a scoop of strawberry protein powder, a large ripe avocado, a teaspoon of banana extract, and a mix of unsweetened almond and coconut (regular milk can be used as well).
