Feb 2015 - 1 year 9 months on T, 11 months post-op. Cut my hair and trimmed the beard today. Been feeling ultra dysphoric lately despite all the great things in my life. Time to hit the gym for some big-time coping and release.

These pics can also serve as a little transition update. I’m continuing to grow lots of fur on my belly and chest. My scars are doing fine, nips too. My face is starting to look more and more like it should, which is a huge relief to me. Been getting out of shape sitting on my butt a lot lately and it’s been messing with my head.
