Going from performing three nights a week to doing (basically) nothing for the passed year was tough, but getting back to my old training regimen has been even tougher. Coming across country and training heavily again was a big shock to my body. As the world starts to open up, PLEASE remember to take it easy. Get to where you used to be little by little. Do NOT, RUSH. You have all the time in the world, love ❤️
