I think we should bring back the Victorian era photo custom of having parents covered with blankets holding their children still for pictures. I just think it’s fun and silly to have blanket ghost mom holding a wiggly kid for the photo.
I know I’ve posted this one before but it’s one of my favorite photos. It was incorrectly labeled a post mortem photograph even though the little girl’s leg obviously moved during the photo and she’s holding flowers (dead people cannot hold things). I love that you can see her mama’s skirt and shoes under the blanket and that she’s obviously being held in place. I just think it’s so funny that this bad photo was a group effort.
