WASSUP HEATHENS, I’m thinking about broken ribs!

Holding their abdomen as they cough up blood. Doubling over, trying to cry, trying to relieve the pain any way they can. But it just gets worse, their pressure, trying to find some sort of outlet, makes it so much worse. They’re sobbing trying so hard to reach someone who can help. Stumbling, falling against the wall, shaking, all the way down to their knees.

When caretaker finally reaches them they hold them close, but they’re not the medic. They don’t have any pain meds, and worse still they’re pinned down. They can’t get anywhere until extraction can reach them. So caretaker’s best bet is to try and hold them in a comfortable position, and help them calm down. Gently help them slow their tears so that their ribs don’t suffer as much, wiping the blood from their mouth.
