The books I ordered arrived this week. :)

The sequel to Receiver of ManyandDestroyer of Light, erotic but also very well written retellings of the myths surrounding Hades and Persephone. This book deals with the myths of Orpheus and Zagreus, so I’m prepared to maybe cry my eyes out at some point.

Mitt liv i Japan 2: En svensk mangatecknares äventyr (“My life in Japan 2: The adventures of a Swedish manga artist”) by Åsa Ekström.
Åsa’s manga diary about her life in Japan, her encounter with the Japanese culture, and how Swedish traditions can seem just as exotic and strange to a Japanese. A nice, fun read. Åsa has some comics in English on her instagram.
