If you’ve ever thumbed through a fashion magazine, chances are you’ve seen several articles about how to dress for your body type. But what does that actually mean? Apple-shape, curvy, fit? What works best for you? We’ve broken it down in terms of what we girls wear most. Dresses and jeans!
Apple-shapes: When it comes to jeans, you likely want to balance your top-half, as that tends to be your largest focal point. A wider-leg will
bring your silhouette long and lean. Dresses: Avoid low-cut and a fuller skirt so you stay modest and balanced!
-Pear-shapes:
-Jeans like miracle fit can add control. Not flared leg or skinny, maybe a straight leg, baby-boot cut, stay away from cropped. Dresses: Various necklines are okay, but keep the skirt full.
-Curvy:
-Jeans:  You’ll want to go for higher-waist jeans, but you could handle a variety of bootcut to straight styles. Hate to be a buzzkill, but no skinny jeans ladies. They just don’t do much for your lower-half! Fabrics to look for are stretching materials to adjust to your curves. Dresses: Go form-fitting all day to accentuate your curves! For the days that you want to be more professional, fuller skirts and higher necklines.
-Fit:
-Jeans: You can definitely rock some skinny jeans, maybe even jeggings, with a low waist. Enhance the figure you’ve worked so hard for!   Could even say jeggings, with a lower waist! Dresses: Eliminate skirts that are too high, and necklines too low. There’s a lot of blousey, bohemian looks that looks great, just make sure you cinch the waist to show your body off!
