sorry but Kai saying Adam would be a rockstar because he would win in competitive rock-throwing competitions was nothing less than adorable-

I really love how Kai keeps making bad puns and Adam continues to be equally as amused as he is exasperated

you gotta admit the small smile and utter fondness on Adam’s face when he and Kai were jumping through the mysterious portal was pretty adorable…

you know Adam’s a good best friend covering (pretty awkwardly) for Mira when her dad was suspicious

Mira absolutely freaking out about kissing Adam in contrast with Kai literally having no idea what’s going on was just brilliant

i just think it’s really cute how Kai got over his weird fear by protecting Adam ?? idk that was just kind of precious

okay but i’m still laughing at Adam having had an emo phase with his purple fringe and skull t-shirt

loving how Adam and Mira had reasonably calm reactions where they actually investigated what was going on and then it just cut to Kai screaming-

I honestly just love how Adam and Mira both had reasonable fears but Kai was just there with a giant, imaginary chicken called mabel, what a dork

i’m not saying adam and kai jumping into a portal together whilst holding hands is perfect evidence for kaidam but i’m also not not saying that…

Adam and Kai fighting the snail in sync with each other was a strong parallel to them fighting the dragon together and i am here for our battle boyfriends !!

the gang deciding to “just pick a direction and walk until something happens” after falling into a new world radiated strong video game energy tbh

Mira really said my puzzles bring all the boys to the void, huh?

of course Mira would randomly find the boys by opening a sideways door, idk what else i expected from this chaotic show

did anyone else notice Adam glancing back at Kai with a fond look of pride when he was fighting the volcano creature or ??

Adam: we did pretty good without him

Kai: no, look, a well!

okay but i felt so bad for Kai when Adam dismissively said they chose him for their team just because he was there-

Kai, dramatically falling into Adam’s arms: I don’t know how much longer I’ve got…

Adam, deadpan: At the rate you’re bleeding, decades.

I love Kai but I agree with Adam in that he’s so dumb to complain about the dark when he’s the one with torch hands
