Milers rolling this afternoon! I love seeing growth in action! It was a windy afternoon and, rather than focus on hitting splits and fighting the wind, they focused on finding their rhythm and staying relaxed! The result? A great workout in which they pretty much nailed the splits I would have given them to hit! Big things ahead!
