Sometimes I think about how private Hotch is and how the writers exploit that over and over. Gonna have a serial killer shoot his wife? Why not have the entire team on the call so they can all hear the worst moment of his life. Internal bleeding? No, you don’t get to pass out quietly on your couch…you get to pass out hard in front of your entire team and the rest of the floor gets to watch you carted out on a stretcher.

Just now realized Hotch’s “you gave me your resume on pink stationery” was in response to Garcia saying “I lost my marbles out there” so what he was really saying was girl, they been gone, you didn’t have them when I hired you and I love that they’re so cute
