A random guy is tied to a chair while a jolly, caricaturized Red Hood with a gun in each hand says, "I'm going to commit crimes on you :)" Batman appears and scerams "REDDINGTON JAMES HOOD JUNIOR what do you think you are doing???" Jason gets startled and drops his guns. The random guy thinks "oh shit full name" Batman says, "you can only do the cool, bat-approved crimes" and Jason complains "you never let me do ANYTHING fun!"ALT
