me constantly trying to figure out why i’m suddenly dizzy like:
- is it stress?
- am i dehydrated?
- am i just really tired?
- do i need to eat smth?
- would showering help?
- do i need to go lie down?
- is my iron level just getting low?
- is this from laying down too much?
- is this from dealing with the pain flareups?
- is this left over from my panic attack earlier?
- is this a sign of another panic attack coming?
- am i dying? do i need to be concerned about this?
- am i disassociating, again, and my body just feels off / wrong?
rinse / repeat
