me constantly trying to figure out why i’m suddenly dizzy like: 

  • is it stress? 
  • am i dehydrated? 
  • am i just really tired? 
  • do i need to eat smth? 
  • would showering help?
  • do i need to go lie down?
  • is my iron level just getting low?
  • is this from laying down too much?
  • is this from dealing with the pain flareups?
  • is this left over from my panic attack earlier?
  • is this a sign of another panic attack coming?
  • am i dying? do i need to be concerned about this? 
  • am i disassociating, again, and my body just feels off / wrong?
