So Andre didn’t say anything specific about his dad, at least not that I know of. I was referring to the interview in which Burky talks about how hard he is on himself and how important it is to take your mental health seriously.
As far as the thing about his dad I was referring to this interview he did where he said this…
And to me it seems like it’s no wonder Burky takes himself so seriously. I’ve been around kids whose parents are like this and it really messes them up. I can speculate on someone’s relationship with their parent if I don’t know them but from my point of view it seems like a lot of his anxiety might have stemmed from the way his dad handled his hockey upbringing ♀️
