i think brigderton season 2 has already established the fact that you can in fact fall in love with basically the yourself in the form of another person who is somehow better at being you than you are??? statistics have shown the level of feral, simp and absolutely whorish head over heels behaviour is 100% more likely in such a scenario than the ‘opposites attract’ agenda so go ahead fellas and be so obsessed with yourself that you fall in love with another person who is basically you.
i do not blame anthony bridgerton for being the whore and simp he is because if a lady such as kate sharma came along on her horse with her long tresses resembling the luciousness of the night besting me in a race at the wee hours of dawn and continued to bully me and call me out in while staring into the depth of my soul with her beautiful beautiful eyes i too would be on my knees.

Then he’ll be psycho-crazed like, “HOW DID YOU NOT KNOW ELOISE?!?!?”
Then he finds out Colin compromised Penelope, they’re engaged, and he wants the family to support her if the secret gets out because of the obvious scandal & potential people will try to hurt her.
Kate’s gonna have to save the day by rubbing his temples while letting him hold her belly because it’s what calms his panic attacks.
Jonathan fucking Bailey’s performance. Give that man all the awards please. Anthony seemed totally different this season to last.
The ~chemistry~ between Simone Ashley and Jonathan Bailey was off the charts.
Expanded/gave more depth to Edwina.
Eloise being compared to Daphne—I wish they’d stuck with that.

I didn’t like the sojourn over to Crane Manor (I can’t remember the name). Marina was kinda annoying. But I did love Phillip and his plants.
I know this is a very unpopular opinion, but Penelope annoys me.

Kate and Anthony kinda skipped the friendship phase (however brief and deluded) they had in the book. I feel like they got to know one another much better in that time.
I felt like the Mondrach storyline was so contrived just to keep them in the show.
Eloise discovering Pen’s secret. I’m sure they know what they’re doing. But I sure as hell don’t.
Lastly, personal pet peeve—changing the color/lighting for flashbacks just assumed the audience isn’t smart enough to figure it out.
