People who live in Germany, I need your help! Can you please recommend websites where I can rent an apartment for 3 month or more? In english because i don’t understand german at all

We’ve been living in a camp in Leipzig for almost to weeks and conditions are horrible and dangerous for our health. Also pretty sure this place is full of corruption.
