I think this is my first time trying to paint both in one layer and not using lineart, because if I’m going to mess it up, I’m going to mess it up as a whole ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿ Neverless, it was a fun little experiment.

“To define is to limit”, said Dorian Gray, and I think that’s applicable here. Tarek doesn’t specialise in a type of magic. Not yet, at least. Barely three years since he remembers joining the world, and even shorter since he was actually able to start relearning magic, focusing in just one branch at the price of missing out the rest feels almost irresponsible, preposterous.
Tarek owns the magic shop, and knows enough flashy tricks and illusions to keep the business going, so he can afford studying as much as he pleases about any type of magic just for the pleasure of knowing, there’s no rush.
When it comes to magic that it’s natural to him, though, that’s easily answered. His fire, his blue fire, has always come to him as simple as breathing. For someone who is not specially interested in physical violence, Tarek surely was chosen by quite a violent element. Ironic.

Midnight living her best life with her spouse and children (if her and her spouse has). Mood is quickly ruined my Victoria, her twin.
Victoria bullies Midnight in any and every aspect she can, 10/10 wants her dead. Just so she can fuck Tarek (only for when Midnight is married/dating/engaged idfk to Tarek). Sleeps with people for money even though she’s rich.
Jace used to be in a gang. Has a severe hatred towards Lucio and Tarek. Constantly pisses off his ancestors (he took after his dad). Craves violence. A lot of it.
Jason fucking cinnamon roll who just wants to be loved and cherished. Huge sweetheart, don’t make him angy though.
Aurora is a precious sapphire who also craves love and to be cherished. Hates violence so avoids it and prefers to not be yelled out.
All of them together…. Funny, chaotic, scary yelling and threatening. Very kind though to each other’s lovers. Except Jace, he’s just an asshole to everyone and Vic thinks she’s all that when she’s not.
