A better version than he wield a pipe, I replace it with Kanshou and Bakuya, His main weapon.

I joined a yellow haired girl ATC recently, and Altria was the first lady that came to mind when I saw it. I considered a few other girls, but I kept going back to Altria.
I haven’t drawn anyone in a cute formal pose in a while, so I drew her mid curtsy. For the background, I went with more of an outdoor dance hall.
