BILLYBOB BOWLCUT!: Bob is a funny word. Did the close cousin of the Bowlcut get their name from the classic backyard apple competition?  Was it first originated simply by a guy whose namesake led to the convenient straight-line style the we know today? If anything, Bobs are great when paired with country plaid and denim overalls. This little one knows.  This one knows.

Bobs are just extended bowl cuts.

DOUBLETROUBLE BOWLCUT!: Is this a mirror we see?  Or is this just two adorable individual sentient beings separated at birth? Not so separated.  Sisters can rock the pink sweats and the matching haircuts and shine like the diamond they are like little individual stars in the sea of jewels.  Mixed metaphors not withstanding, double up your bowlcuts to double up the fun, Asian America!

HIGH-AND-TIGHT BOWLCUT!: It takes a special hair stylist to decide to grab the shallowest bowl for the head of a large child. This kind of special, requires a sort of self-confidence in once abilities to trim under the edge of said bowl’s rim and miss clipping the delicate cartilage of the ears.  Only such a skilled master can achieve the cut that is the High-And-Tight Bowlcut. Asians around the globe have attempted this daring feat but few have lived to tell about it.  Only the strong survive. via: http://adrawingboard.tumblr.com/

IN-THE-END-WE-ALL-ASIAN BOWLCUT!: Jellyfish is not a staple of many cultures, but in the Asian countries, a protein rich sea food as the “Jelly Fish” provides the entire family, nay, the entire country, with the raw nutrients it needs to thrive and propogate.  South Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia….no matter how you slice it…in the end we are all ASIA.  And in the end, we shall win the race to populate the planet if it takes all the jellyfish in the world to make that happen.

I count as asian right?

ROUNDEYE BOWLCUT!: Oh, yeah. We said it. Asians are known for our squintier eyes but that doesn’t account for the fact that we are quite a diverse bunch. This textbook bowlcut kid knows. via http://nerdylittleasiangirl.tumblr.com/

Shiniest Happiest Bowlcuts!: Maybe it’s the camaraderie of the identical cuts. Perhaps it’s the hand-holding fellowship. How about the festive matching sweater, skirt, tights combo. How about the million-dollar smiles? It’s official: These are the happiest Asian Bowlcuts!
