If Bathena’s cruise is the s6 opening disaster then I expect someone from the team to joke “You didn’t let us come to your wedding so now we’re crashing your honeymoon” once they get there
i’m sorry but if season four doesn’t have a scene of buck and athena talking about going back to work after a traumatic on-the-job injury, what’s the point
I just had a random thought. What if Albert decided to become a police officer and lo and behold, he somehow gets put under Athena’s supervision for a few days and has to ride with her?
Can you imagine just how done Athena would be?
Albert: “Can I hit the lights?”
Athena: “No.”

*Albert grabs two way radio to start telling people to back up away from the car, that he’s watching them, starts making commentary on things they’re doing and what they’re wearing*
*Athena whips his door open super fast and with one hand (she has a bag of to-go food in the other, she grabs the radio and puts it back on the hook, glaring at him all the while & Albert fears for his life but tries to give her a bright disarming smile*

Albert: “Can I hit the lights now?”
Athena *stonefaced and wearing her sunglasses, staring straight ahead*: “No.”
a few seconds pass by
Albert: “Now?”
Athena: “No.”
a few more seconds pass by
Albert: “Now?”
Athena: *sighs* “Go ahead. But just this one time.”
*Albert practically crows in excitement & giddily turns on the lights*
*Athena shakes her head and sighs again but when Albert looks away, the tiniest quirk of a smile appears but is gone again when Albert turns around again*

She would just be so done LOL and it would be hilarious as hell to see. Albert is a younger version of Buck at times but he’s not as chaotic as Buck. But he’s got a big heart and he is good with people.
But then again, would Athena really be okay with him being around any type of firearm?
