Just some NPC guy in my starting town I’m wasting too much time on, hehehe. Alliance 5 project is underway and I’m partially dying. 

I’m not good with religious iconography so his robes are rather plain for now. His name is Ultar, which I only knew was a pun just now. Ehhhh (O=m=O)
