Ironmaster (1983)
Following the first “Conan” movie, there were a ton of cheap rip-offs … some having a few merits buried deep. One of these is 1983′s “Ironmaster”. Don’t get me wrong … the movie is a total mess, but the lead actor is pretty hot … not to mention he runs around in a loincloth that would make Tarzan blush. :)
Sam Pasco plays Ela, a noble warrior in a tribe who discovers how to make the first weapons from iron (thanks to a handy volcano). Sam made the top 10 in the 1983 & 1984 Mr. America competitions. There’s a photo of him sans wig at the bottom of the post.

Here’s a 2nd post from 1983′s “Ironmaster”. More GIFs of Sam Pasco as Ela running around in a loincloth skimpy enough to make Tarzan blush. :)
Actor / bodybuilder Sam Pasco made the top 10 in the 1983 & 1984 Mr. America competitions. There’s a b&w photo of Sam during his bodybuilding / modeling career at the bottom. He often sported a mustache - but not when Ironmaster was filmed.
