I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has stuck by me over the years and supported me. I have been struggling for a long time with my health, mostly due to going through the menopause. I find it impossible to keep up with the hundreds of comments and messages. I do my best and sometimes I start to catch up but mostly I just feel overwhelmed by it all. Opening my inbox reminds me of opening the door to that cupboard where you know it’s crammed full and it will all come rushing out like a tsunami the moment you open it! So I also wanted to apologise to people who have messaged that I have not felt able to reply to. I’m doing my best but my health issues are quite complex at times, trying to balance all my hormones and being very sensitive to certain medications. It’s become a real balancing act and this week has just floored me. So a big thank you to everyone for your support and patience.
