Jisoo:

A nervous smile formed on Jisoo’s face as the four of you sat down to lunch, with Jisoo opposite your dad, she certainly felt the pressure. Her heart was racing, determined to make sure that they liked her by the end.

Your dad’s eyes were on Jisoo, trying his best to intimidate her. “Don’t be scared,” he soon laughed though as she nervously took a sip from her drink, “we’re not the kind of parents that you need to be scared of meeting.”

“Honestly, I’m terrified,” Jisoo admitted to the two of them, looking between them and you. “Y/N has always told me such fantastic stories of you both, I really wanted to make sure that I live up to your expectations.

Your mum rested her hand over her heart, “you don’t need to worry about impressing us. You impress Y/N, and that really is the only thing that matters to the two of us, anything else is just a bonus.”

“You do impress me,” you smiled, nudging against Jisoo’s side gently, “I think I’ve probably told them enough about you to have already made up their minds before they came.”

“Y/N’s right,” your dad told Jisoo, “we’ve heard all about how kind and talented you are.”

“Trust me, Y/N’s never normally that nice to me.”

Jennie:

The moment that you opened the door to your parents, your mum rushed through the front door, immediately heading for Jennie. You found yourself pushed aside as your mum squeezed her tightly, greeting her warmly.

Even Jennie was a little taken aback, holding onto your mum once she had been able to steady herself. “It is so good to finally meet you in person,” your mum smiled across to Jennie as she stepped back from her.

“It’s lovely to meet you too,” Jennie laughed, turning her attention to your dad who apologised for how keen your mum was to greet her. “I’m so glad that you guys could finally make it across to visit us both.”

Your mum nodded in agreement with her, “Y/N’s told us so much about this place, but it’s just incredible. You guys have such a lovely home too, you can definitely tell that you’re a singer looking at this place.”

“I think this is our forever home,” Jennie proudly told both your parents, “I hope that you guys enjoy staying here whilst you visit, we’ve got the spare room all made up for you.”

“That’s so kind of you,” your mum noted, “are you sure you can have us for the week?”

“Of course, here is much better than a hotel.”

Rose:

Your smile was weak as you walked your parents to your front door, reluctantly hugging them both as you prepared to say goodbye. Even Rose was sorry to see them go as both of your parents gave her a tight hug.

Your mum especially had grown to be very fond of her. “It was lovely to meet you,” your mum told her, “hopefully we won’t leave it as long to see you next time, you’ll have to come to our next family party too.”

“I would love to,” Rose smiled back across at her, noticing your dad going to speak, only to quickly go quiet again. “Y/N always makes your family parties sound so cool,” Rose added, offering a smile across to you too.

Your dad stepped forward and Rose went quiet, “don’t feel pressured to meet the rest of the family so quickly. Y/M/N has a bit of a habit of getting excited and rushing things. Meet everyone at your own pace.”

“Thank you,” Rose sincerely told him, “if the rest of your family are anything like the two of you, then I’m sure that I’ll have a blast whenever I come to one of your parties.”

“You’ve not met my aunt,” you laughed, “we might have to disown her one day.”

“She’s a handful, let’s just leave it at that.”

Lisa:

You tentatively looked between your parents as Lisa excused herself for a few moments to answer a call from work. They both wore smiles, which relaxed you slightly, hoping that they were enjoying themselves with Lisa.

They could tell what you wanted to ask, without you even having to say anything. “We really like Lisa,” your dad told you as soon as the door shut, “she’s great, and it seems like the two of you get on well too.”

“You’re smiling, you know that that’s all that we want,” your mum added, resting her hand against your shoulder. “We know you’ve always said how lovely Lisa is, but it’s nice to see her in person for ourselves.”

Your head nodded back to her, “I knew you guys would like her. Lisa’s been so worried about making a good impression on you both, I know that she’ll be relieved to know that you guys are fans of hers.”

“Are you kidding?” Your mum chuckled, “we’re not just fans of hers, we’re really excited to welcome her into the family and get to know her even better than we already do.”

“I’m so happy to hear you say that,” you smiled, “that’s all that I wanted to hear.”

“We approve, you don’t need to worry Y/N.”

Jisoo:

Instinct took over you as Jisoo continued to get frustrated with the pain that she felt in her ankle after falling, knowing that there was only one place she could go.

“I’m going to take you to the hospital,” you told her, grabbing your car keys off of the counter.

Her head shook as you walked back across to her, “I can’t expect you to do that. I can’t even walk to the car Y/N,” Jisoo frantically tried to explain to you through tears.

“I’m not going to make you walk,” you promised, kneeling down and getting a tight grip around her frame to be able to lift her.

“The car is ages away; you’re going to drop me Y/N.”

Your head shook as you lifted Jisoo up, “you underestimate how strong I am sometimes you know.”

“Careful,” Jisoo laughed as you lifted her confidently, bouncing her gently to secure your grip, enough to at least bring a smile onto her face again.

Your eyes were on her expression as you began to walk towards the door, “I’ll put the car seat down so that you can put your ankle up.”

“You don’t need to do this,” Jisoo reminded you as you turned to be able to get through the door.

“I do though, you need to get better.”

Jennie:

Your hand grabbed onto Jennie as she walked towards the door of your hotel, quickly pulling her back, stopping her from walking through the open doorway.

“That’s not how this goes,” you laughed, “no married couple just walks into a hotel room?”

Jennie’s brows knitted together in confusion, only to feel your arm wrap just underneath her bum and scoop her up so that you were carrying her. “Y/N!” She yelled.

“What?” You innocently smirked as you walked into the room with her in your arms, “they always do this in the movies, don’t they?”

“You could have at least warned me you were doing that?”

Your head shook in reply to her, “where would the fun be if I was going to tell you I was doing that?”

“You’re impossible,” she laughed as you placed her down on the bed of the hotel, “I can’t believe that I just agreed to marry you, what was I thinking?”

Your shoulders shrugged as you stood back from her, “you’ve got me for life now,” you teased, holding your hand up for her to see.

“Mind you, I wouldn’t say no to being carried around more often,” she joked, smiling across at you.

“Don’t get your hopes up too much.”

Rose:

Your head shook as Rose stretched the whole way out across the sofa, leaving you no room to sit. Her smile was smug as you hovered, figuring out your next move.

“I know how I can get you to move,” you whispered, slowly leaning down over the top of her.

Rose shuffled around, not quite sure of what you were doing. “I’m comfy, there’s no way that you can move me,” she tried to tell you as your hands got her waist.

“Are you sure?” You laughed as you managed to pick Rose up off of the sofa bridal style, turning around to sit yourself down.

“That’s unfair, I didn’t know you were lifting me.”

Your shoulders shrugged as Rose now laid in your lap, “you should have been prepared for it all.”

“I was comfy,” she repeated, now finding herself laying over the top of you where you had dropped with her in your hold bridal style.

Your head nodded as you untangled your arms from around her, “you still are comfy, I know you love laying in my lap.”

“I can’t believe you moved me,” she muttered under her breath, staring up at you with a huff.

“I can’t believe you wanted me on the floor.”

Lisa:

A soft sigh came from you as you noticed Lisa fast asleep on the sofa when you finally got home, knowing that there was no way you could just leave her there.

“Come on,” you sighed, making your way across to her and scooping her off of the sofa bridal style.

The movement caused Lisa to hum as you brought her into your chest. “Y/N/?” She whispered, too sleepy to open her eyes, trusting her instincts that it was you.

“Sorry I’m home so late,” you whispered, keeping your voice quiet to not startle her as you began to walk towards the stairs.

“I’m sorry that I fell asleep and didn’t stay up for you.”

You chuckled as quietly as you could, “I had a feeling that you would be asleep at this time anyway.”

“I hate how well you know me,” she mumbled as you began to make your way up the stairs. “I was only going to close my eyes for five minutes.”

Your head shook, knowing that she had been asleep for a long time. “I know what you’re like as soon as you close your eyes to sleep.”

“I really was going to wake back up,” she tried her best to protest whilst laid out in your hold.

“There’s no way you were doing that.”
