I think hands-down, my very dear @foxgloveprincess that this is the best thing you’ve ever written. It’s wildly creative, the universe you build on to the structure of a fable is SO vivid and so good. You’ve used Steve and Bucky perfectly as the shadowy gods- perfect for who they are. When our girl put her little offering - the sparkle of glass and spotted pebble - on the altar I actually started sniffling. This is gorgeous. THANK YOU for this.
