Batman & Robin are surprised by Sandman (aka Dr. Somnambula) & his goons in his mattress factory.
The Duo are quickly separated & defeated by the henchmen.
Batman is covered / smothered by a pile of mattresses, while Robin gets a blast of Sandman’s white dream powder.
Under Sandman’s control, Robin is led back into the room where the barely conscious Batman is being lifted from the floor!
