A perfect example on how to wear our two favorite classic colors, black &white. Starting from head to toe, switch between colors with every piece. Like she did: black hat, white shirt, black pants to end with white shoes. The final touch, the color in between (grey) as a coat since it wraps all the outfit. love it!

Mediterranean on Spring.
I’m on a little break and came to Turkey with friends. Needed some time out from Tokyo. I love traveling and I love fashion, and just because we are traveling on a budget as backpackers doesn’t mean I have to look like one. You don’t need to sacrifice your looks to be comfortable while traveling. There are ways to do it without bringing your whole wardrobe with you. I chose chiffon and see-through pieces. They dry easily in case you need to wash them while traveling, they are light and are perfect for this spring weather in the Mediterranean.

White Sneakers.
Although at the moment I don’t own a pair of white sneakers I love them!!! I used to, but the things is hey get dirty so easily I gave up on them. But now, seeing them on the streets it makes me want to reconsider and buy one pair of these.

I Love PINK!
Me thinks someone likes pink color too much !!!!!! From threads to nail polish from lipstick to pencils and markers I do have to confess that pink is among my favorite colors together with white and black.

Color! Bright color. Color pencils and markers are my favorite. I’m thinking of printing it in fabric. Would be a good textile for a next piece.

HYPERFLAT COLLECTIVE: HYPERREALITY (Photo-shoot)
My friend Josiah Chua, is organizing these collective exhibition. The theme is HYPERFLAT COLLECTIVE: HYPERREALITY, based on his MA thesis and final collection. In total 10 designers will choose a manga series and design a piece inspired by it. This is a sneak peak, Ill keep you updated with more as the days to the exhibition get closer.

Graduation Hair Style.
Graduations in Japan take place in March. BA students that are graduating usually wear a “Hakama”(A type of traditional japanese clothing, tied at the waist and fall approximately to the ankles. Hakama are worn over a kimono). Girls compliment their looks with flowers on their hair and very attractive hair styles like this one.
