I dont really like this design. He looks much more generic and munkustrap like which I’m not a fan of for misto. I guess that’s the point since they seem to want to separate quaxo and misto I think which I don’t like because I love tuxedo misto and I desperately hope he’ll still get his floofy chest (I’ve already mourned the loss of pouncivals face stripe and freckles don’t lose the chest floofies too!)
I love the sparkles in his mistoffelees wig for his song but I’m not a fan of the curled up ears. I love me big eared Mistoffelees
Overall if it was just how this one was going to do misto then fine, I like seeing people try new things, but I really don’t want this to become how every misto is. Please don’t enforce a big rule on everyone that’s no fun.
But this did give me a cute munkoffelees idea because my munkoffelees brain won’t shut up.
Misto has a big crush on munk and his magic is subconsciously making him look more like munk (misto doesn’t know how to deal with these feelings. Looking like your crush shows you like them right??)

I always love seeing how characters’ makeup works on (or better, is adapted for) dark skins—and I have a particular weakness for Tuggers! With him, the base colour doesn’t matter so much as with, eg, Misto or Plato: it’s the highlights in orange and yellow and gold and glitter that make the look, and those work even better on dark skin as on white.
(And it’s just. So gratifying to see a Black man up there being not only sexy butloving/loved and respecting/respected and so central to his eclectic little community. But that’s another story!)
So I am absolutely delighted that in the latest cast for the Oasis cruise—whose Tugger makeup I always enjoy—we have DevinRe Adams! And just look at this…

2022 international tour, their first performance in Munich (1 June 2022). I think they’re all first cast: so, Sebastian Goffin as Alonzo, Aimee Hodnett as Jellylorum, Frances Dee as Demeter, Philip Bertioli as Skimbleshanks, Russell Dickson as Munkustrap, and our beloved Aaron Hunt as Bill Bailey.

I’ll start with a couple of fun things:
Zach:Sunglasses with Hyla and Kelly. Very cool cats. This was a recurring theme but fortunately I have a tag dedicated to cats in glasses (look, it happens a lot and it’s always cute) so there’s many instances under there! Best moment, of course, has to be Zach turning the tables on the little thief and making off with her glasses.
Devon:Goofy/warm backstage moments with Kelly, Max, and Lauren.
