TheCthulhu boys don’t really have a concept of LGBT Pride, and have few words for what exactly they are, but this 1930s animation studio full of queer folks finding a way to be who they are and make a life with the ones they love anyway has just… meant so much to me this past couple of years, I wanted them to be able to celebrate it too. Happy Pride, you guys!
As the group prepares for the contest that evening where they hope to find Susie and the other muses, Joey, Sammy, and Bendy decide to see if Prophet has any insight to share on what’s to come.
…Or on the mysterious episode Jack had the other day that left stars in his eyes…
Sammy stared at the paper for a long time, pen hovering over the surface.
“DID SOMETHING HAPPEN TO JACK?”
He slowly set the pen down, uncertain, reading over the questions he’d left one more time before looking back up at the other two. His expression still seemed… distracted. “Don’t give him more Ink this time. He has to ask me.”

I would say Jack is Making Poor Choices here but the truth is… he just didn’t know enough. He didn’t know the danger in letting the Messenger figure out what he wanted most (to help…), and he didn’t know how to resist
This is a blog for our Call of Cthulhu: Haunted Hijinx group, the tabletop game about adventure and the occult and terrifying eldritch horrors where we’re all playing characters from Bendy and the Ink Machine. Basically, we’re playing CoC scenarios that have been tweaked to take place in the world of pre-game BatIM, when the studio was still running, and it’s turned into an AU we got very attached to. We wanted to collect all the art, asks, and story on one blog!
Feel free to send asks about the game and the characters to this blog, too – they’ll get answered by whoever has the most relevant knowledge!
SO a while back us(being the others in the motw game and I) and the CoC peeps were talking about… what if there was a crossover…
And obviously it would be super hard to coordinate so it likely won’t ever happen but it’s still fun to think about!! Especially due to how different the settings are, both in terms of tone and how the world works.
Anyway, there was an interaction that made me think of them so like. I had to!! Even in another universe Sammy is getting gently bullied.

I wanna try to get to some more of the colour palette prompts at some point, so here’s a bonus one; Boo asked for a hypothetical Bad Ending where Joey Drew finally defeats the Masked Messenger but is forced to replace him as an eldritch deity, and Sammy goes full cultist to be with him again, so, obviously hOW COULD I RESIST THAT??? anyway this is a great name for a colour palette lmao
Some, uh, very disparate doodles from recent Cthulhu shenanigans… Leon is an NPC we met recently! He’s a doctor and the boyfriend of one of the “muse”-possessed ladies we’re trying to find and seems VERY ANXIOUS; I don’t think he was prepared to be blindsided by two different batim boys with VERY STRONG PERSONALITIES coming out of the woodwork. we didnt mean to bully him i promise,
also recently Sammy had kind of an intense experience with encountering a Literal Muse and Prophet uh, just?????? showed up????????? he didn’t have any ink so his eyes didn’t fully Do The Thing….. tbh he was as confused about this as the rest of the boys
