CCS: Clear Card Ch. 62

Happy Mother’s Day~ meant to read this earlier but was delayed as usual… >< the latest chapter is currently available on CLAMP-net’s YouTube Channel. As always, do check out @meimi-haneoka’s post on the latest chapter for EN-JPN translation differences.

Links for previous chapter reactions can be found here.

Wanted to add a little thing to that “sad vibe” of the color page…

Talking with other fans on Twitter, they pointed out that the bird that’s coming to Kaito is a swallow, a migrating bird traditionally connected to the arrival of Spring. So Kaito, who’s all lonely and sad in the cold winter of his hometown (?), receives the visit of a swallow, announcing that spring is about to come for him as well….

I honestly teared up at this meaningful color page

Hello everyone!! End of the month, we’re here back again to comment and analyze the content and translation of this new chapter of Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card

This time around I was quite nervous because I didn’t know what to expect, and we’re basically at the doorstep of the climax (Ohkawa mentioned working on the climax earlier this month, and by the timings with which they work, they were working on chapter 63).
And I have to say it, I was left completely confused and disoriented, but not in the way I was expecting

In fact, the gif of the month:

image

This is me upon seeing the first page after the color one.
Come with me under the cut and you’ll find out why!!

The color page

image

I have to start with the color page ❤ cause honestly I’ve been strongly anticipating it and it came true! Our Kaito comes back after 10 color pages of absence, in an unexpected version: this is seemingly coming right from the earliest period of his life, before the Association approached him and recruited him. He’s very little here, and absolutely adorable!
The boy seems to have a passion for heights, what’s with always being upon a tree or on a street lamp like here but it’s understandable, it’s where people will leave you alone
I was commenting with my friend Sarah that he doesn’t really look like in an English setting, but rather an Eastern European one, which was also the vibe I’ve had the first time his backstory was introduced. Like, those shorts gave me English vibe somehow, but that hat….
He might be possibly coming from that area. I find the wintery atmosphere very fitting for him, I’ve always associated him to winter ❤
EDIT: forgot to mention the translation of the text you can see on this color page…it’s Lilie’s words to him that were featured in chapter 60:
“It exists, somewhere…. a like/love that will only be yours. And it’ll be waiting for you to realize it”.

The power of love

image

Now, first thing first as soon as we turn the first page:

WHAT THE HECK IS HAPPENING?? WHY ARE THESE KIDS WEARING THE WINTER UNIFORM??
Wha-how?? They were at the end of June/beginning of July literally a chapter ago?? Where’s Syaoran’s birthday gone to?? What about the outfits the girls were sewing for their boys?? What the f-
I don’t know. I know CLAMP said we would end the Clear Card arc with the winter uniforms (but not so cold that they required a coat, so in Autumn), and I know I missed them a little, but I expected them for the very last, maybe in the epilogue! Here it seems like we had a timeskip of about 3 months and no one is batting an eye or mentioning it. Now, either something very very fishy is going on or CLAMP is making fun of us. What are your thoughts on this?

Well, let’s just go forward since we have a SyaoSaku romantic scene after a while ❤
The kids are having lunch together (all alone) in the schoolyard, and Syaoran is tasting Sakura’s chocomint macarons! AND HE LIKES THEM!!! What happened there? Sakura of course is pleasantly surprised and asks him to not force himself just to please her, but Syaoran insists that he wants to eat them since she worked so hard to make them, and he’s growing to like chocomint for that reason what a sweet, dedicated boyfriend. At this stage of the story it’s hardly any news but it’s nice that Syaoran keeps finding new ways to deepen his bond with Sakura….and of course, he does it with very meaningful gestures. What love can make you do….
Sakura doesn’t want to be outdone in this “I love you more” contest and states that she also wants to learn to like the stuff Syaoran likes, even if it’s something she hates…..like konnyaku……but Syaoran reassures her, he doesn’t like it either and Sakura is like “Ah, that’s right”.

We then learn that “next week” it’s gonna finally be the dreaded day of the school event, and so the fateful day of the play….
Our poor Naoko is struggling with still lots of things to decide and to change(small omission of the ENG translation) at the last minute, and Syaoran comments that the two Alice aren’t slacking off either…
Sakura reaaaally studies hard to remember her lines, but she mentions forgetting them all of a sudden….I’m eyeing this sentence pretty warily because in the ENG they translated it as “sometimes”, but in the JP there’s actually the presence of that 突然 (suddenly) that kinda…..gives off the vibe that something weird is going on? Forgetting her lines suddenly? I don’t know, I’m suspicious.
Whatever, Sakura says she and Akiho decided to start reharsing their lines together. Also, take this with a grain of salt because I’m not sure of the structure of the sentence (EDIT: I checked the Spanish translation and I was right), but it seems like Akiho and Sakura are trying to learn eachother’s lines too, in case one of them forgets a line? This nuance is missing from the ENG translation. In fact Syaoran says “it’s a relief you can tell/teach eachother’s (lines), since you two have so many scenes together”. The idea I get from that 教え会えたら is that in case one of them forgets a line on the stage, they can quickly suggest it to eachother and carry on with the play?
Anyway, Sakura and Akiho today will stay behind and reharse some more. Syaoran’s expression changes. Aaah, yes. He can’t really fight it. This apprehension that doesn’t let him go. He knows Akiho doesn’t have any magical power and he knows she isn’t malicious…but…you know… KAITO…
Sakura understands perfectly what he means. Syaoran is mostly worried about not knowing what Kaito’s goal is. So he offers to be present with them too, but Sakura reminds him that he’s got his own plans for the afternoon, helping with the props and all. And he would’ve given up all of that, I know that he would have if she just gave him a sign that she needed him there. But she doesn’t. Our big girl is quick to tell him that she’ll be careful, and when he’s about to tell her “(don’t) behave recklessly” she cuts him off and says “I won’t. I promise”.
Syaoran has no choice but to trust his girl. (That “better not” from the ENG version sounds so menacing?? wtf?? He just repeats “It’s a promise, (then)”)

And you have to give him credit here. It’s really admirable of him to have this much faith in her… trusting her to be alone with a person who’s deeply connected to someone who might mean harm to Sakura. But trust and communication, the weak spots with which this wonderful couple started this Clear Card arc, have finally blossomed and made them progress a lot in their relationship. Trust. Trust the person you love to be able to make their own choices. This is gonna be so much more relevant and important, you’ll see.

But as our lovebirds are about to make their iconic pinky promise, the inevitable happens. This reminds us that the no-touch spell is still active and still ready to fry Syaoran at the minimum contact between the two.
But the two don’t let this bring them down, and resort to a “no-contact pinky promise” that ANY TRC fan will immediately connect to this scene, oh I know you’ll do it:

image
image

They’re so sweet, but dammit the trauma. Anyways.

Reharsing, reharsing….

image

We switch to the music room, Akiho and Sakura are indeed reharsing their lines… And it’s a pretty “strange” exchange.
For one, when Sakura says “since I’ve got here, my heart’s been aching”, Akiho goes “….” the first time around.
We find out that here Akiho is playing the role of the Red Queen, too.
I know we’ve been always told that it was about “The Two Alice”, and that’s always been correct, but what I think is happening here is that since Akiho is the Alice who couldn’t go back to where she came from, she ended up becoming the Red Queen of that land. Moreover, the script says “they call me the Red Queen”.
But what’s even stranger, is that when Sakura/Alice asks her “What’s your name?”, Akiho is about to say something, hesitates, goes “….” and then says her correct line.

What was she about to say?

This scene got me reaaaaaaaaally intrigued. Especially cause I’ve been theorizing since forever that Akiho Shinomoto might simply be a fake name.
Was she instinctively about to spell out her real name? Hmmmmm… We’ll see.

Sakura and Akiho finish reharsing that part, and we also get to know that right after this skit the lights will go out and Yamazaki will start playing his song at the piano….why do I have the feeling that the shitstorm will start right in that moment???
Akiho mentions that Tomoyo will make some arrangements to her Red Queen costume to not let her fall, because moving in the dark can be quite tricky with her dress (in fact we have already seen that Akiho was meant to have a long and queen-like dress).
Sakura proposes to take a break and offers her macarons to Akiho….as soon as the blonde sees the chocomint ones, she goes absolutely crazy! We weren’t probably aware of how much Akiho loved chocomint, just like her mom
Sakura takes the opportunity of Akiho’s display of passion for chocomint to tell her what happened earlier with Syaoran, and how he grew to like the chocomint flavor lately, even though he hated it before! Akiho without hesitation states that it’s because Sakura made them (if anyone still had any doubt, yes, Akiho is very well aware of what’s going on between those two ), making her friend blush hard…but then she gives once again a little additional info on her parents, specifically on her father: it seems like he too, just like Syaoran, used to hate the chocomint flavor or any kind of sweets for that matter, but after eating what Lilie prepared for him….he grew to like them! That’s sooooo sweeet I’m growing more and more intrigued by the couple Lilie + Akidad….
So there we have, in the matter of one chapter, explained the chocomint incongruence of last time!!! I’m really glad CLAMP didn’t drag this too long and remember, CLAMP always know what they’re doing!
In fact, Akiho continues:

image

JP: “It’s really amazing when someone important to you eats something you made… And on top of that, they also come to like the same things as you do”

I’ve put the JP version here because the sentence was kept “general”, not specifically referring only to the experience of her father and mother. This is because CLAMP want us to connect the dots between the characters. The experience of some characters can be shared by others too….
And I have to be honest, my heart completely melted at the sweetness of our romantic Akiho….she’s wishing, longing so much for a love like that….

Sakura agrees that it’s really wonderful, and Akiho swears to try to overcome the things she doesn’t like……like konnyaku…..
Sakura immediately remembers “Didn’t Kaito-san like konnyaku?” and here I have to point out maybe the only translation difference that is a little bit confusing in the entire chapter:

ENG, Akiho: “Oh? Oh, right!”
JP, Akiho: “T-that’s right.”

I was thrown off, reading the ENG at first, cause does it make sense to you that Akiho doesn’t remember that Kaito likes konnyaku, but Sakura does? Come oooon! And it doesn’t even make clear what Akiho means here.
Akiho wants to overcome her hate of konnyaku precisely (!!!) because Kaito likes it!! So she’s like “Yeah, that’s right, he likes it, so that’s why I want to try to like it too”

Sakura tells Akiho that she’s been talking about konnyaku with Syaoran too, earlier on, and the two girls slowly spell out what we’ve been waiting for them to realize since forever….they say clearly that they do the same things, make the same movements, and speak the same words….while saying so, they touch hands….and then it happens.
Sakura suddenly finds herself in the dream world, touching hands with MCF. She immediately tries to see who’s under the robe, but the image in front of her breaks and once again we hear the Ominous Voice repeating “You can’t go back anymore”

Sakura wakes up in her reality on the floor of the music room, Akiho has fainted too.
The girl understands immediately that a new Card is around, so she secures it promptly, but we don’t find out immediately what Card it is.

It’s only later at home, while talking to Suppy and Kero, that we’re shown what Card she produced: the name is Synchronize and the kanji is 呼応, which corresponds to “ to act in unison” but also “to sympathize with”. Very interesting.
And who’s on the Card, this time around? The two who were missing among Sakura’s school friends, Yamazaki and Chiharu!! It’s so cool that they’ve got a Card together…
It seems like Akiho woke up right after, but even if Sakura told her she’d walk her home many times, Akiho insisted that she was fine. I wonder what she thought about the fact that she fainted once again….. This time it wasn’t Kaito’s time rewinding’s fault….. And I wonder what Kaito will think about it, if she will tell him once she got home…..

Sakura, Kero and Suppy reflect on the events occurred and the fact that lately all the Clear Cards Sakura has been creating are depicting people….and that’s quite a difference with the Clow Cards, which used to depict “spirits” and “sacred beasts”…Kero says that the Clear Cards are rather about “phenomena”.
(My friend Eru-kun on Twitter spotted the Gravitation Card among the ones depicted here, another anime-only Card making a cameo”).
They realize how all the people depicted on the Cards are in fact important people to Sakura, and she wonders if there’s a deeper meaning to that….
She even wonders if Dreaming, modeled on MCF, is representing Akiho….
Sakura really seems convinced that MCF is Akiho…I wonder if she’s right, or if CLAMP will surprise everyone….
But it’s precisely when she’s wondering about that, that she realizes with dismay: the Mirror Clear Card became transparent!! Kero says he can’t feel any power from it anymore….what the f- happened now??
Basically, both “Mirrors” now are gone: one we know is in Kaito’s hands, but the other one…..??
I have a theory on this but we will see…

And that’s it, for this chapter!
Luckily, as you could see, no major translation differences. I hope they won’t do any major mess up in this part of the story because it’s really crucial.
Judging by what Ohkawa said in their Spaces and from the work schedule, next one we should enter the climax officially, so I presume it’ll be at least the beginning of the play. This dreaded play. We’ve been dreading this moment since…2018, I think? I definitely remember that the fandom eyed suspiciously the first mentions even in the anime….as we all suspected, it’ll mark the end of Clear Card arc.

I’m still quite shocked and confused about the change of the uniforms and I hope CLAMP will give me peace about that soon enough

I’m reminding you the dates for Chapter 63:
May 31st, on Bookwalker (digital, ENG)
June 1st, on Clamp-fans and Comic-days (digital, JP and other languages)
June 3rd (probably), on Nakayoshi (paper and digital, JP)

Thank you for reading, I’ll await your asks and see you at the end of May!!

Hello!! Here we are, back again with another chapter of Clear Card!
I have to immediately make a premise: this will be a different post than those you’re used to from me….it’ll be shorter, and will not feature a step-by-step long summary like usual, because in the making of this post, I lost 80% of what I wrote all of a sudden while trying to format a word in bold. Yeah, Tumblr’s beta editor sucks and this is lesson learned (and I need to write my posts on a doc first, rather than here). Luckily, I had already saved my analysis of the color page, so that one will be full in all its rambling, haha.
I don’t have it in me to re-write everything, but I still want to feature my main comments as bullet-points, and point out stuff I really wanted to talk about regarding changes the ENG version made. The translation in itself is decent (although with some imprecisions) so you can read that without much problems.
Now I’ll leave you to the post I originally wrote, lol.

We’re at the second to last chapter of the future volume 13! Who would’ve thought, ne? And it’s a given we’ll have at least a volume 14 too, looking at where the story is in this chapter….
Shall we begin immediately? This month I won’t drag it too long with the introduction, hahaha
But before that, I think the gif of the month is mandatory, especially this one….

image

Eeeh. You’re scared now, uh?
Under the cut for details!

The color spread

image

After a good while, we have SyaoSaku back together on a color spread! And it’s not over, cause they’ve been featured together, for the first time in the history of CCS, on the cover of the Nakayoshi magazine too! So we get a double dose of SyaoSaku this month, CLAMP have been so generous! As we can see, the two lovebirds are touching hands (something we’re all waiting for them to be able to do once more in the story too), and wearing symbols of their respective source of magic on their outfits. I loved that. The JP text on the back reads a giant “PROMISE” and two sentences they have said in the last chapter…
“I want to start liking the things Syaoran-kun likes”
“If it’s something Sakura likes, I want to start liking it t
oo”

Isn’t all of this so sweet?
But wait, there’s more behind this color page…
If you think CLAMP’s illustrations are only putting together cute aesthetics with no hidden meaning….think again.

Black background. A tree with long branches. Spheres of light. Where have we seen this theme already?

image

SyaoSaku are touching their hands, exchanging promises of love. The tree is “healthy”, and flourishes with plenty of spheres of light. Those spheres might represent their love making the tree (the tree might represent life?) literally bloom.
In Kaito’s case, the tree looks more withered, and it’s surrounding him tightly, almost as if to crush him. There’s broken glass too, in his case. But….he’s got that sphere of light too. It’s just one, but he’s clutching it tightly and protecting it.
The two color spreads really look based on the same theme…
In my interpretation, this might be a good “photograph” of the current situation of these three characters, on an emotional level. The spheres of light represent love, and SyaoSaku have them in abundance. The tree looks healthy and the two are smiling at eachother happily. All is well because they’re aware and honest with their feelings, and love runs freely between them.
In Kaito’s case, the same tree that represents life is withering away and is trying to crush him (a glaring reference to how he’s approaching death), but he does have a sphere of light with him.He does have love with him. He’s sleeping, another reference to his obliviousness and (feigned?) ignorance of both the feelings he carries inside and the ones of the person who loves him (it’s not by chance that the fandom often yells at him “wake up!”). But the light is there and he’s holding to it like his life depended on it. Yes, because it does.
His position is also a “protective” one, symbolizing that, even if unaware, he’s trying to protect that love with all that he’s got.
And that love will eventually be the hope that will save him….hopefully.

Now, tell me how I can avoid tearing up, after realizing this common theme between the two sides….
It’s worth mentioning that all the three of them are wearing asian/chinese inspired clothes, and SyaoSaku are curiously wearing blue (Syaoran) and purple (Sakura), quite peculiar for them, as they are Akiho and Kaito’s favorite colors….
I want to believe this might be a reference to the themes of exchange and sympathy that Clear Card is permeated with…putting on themselves the colors of Kaito and Akiho in order to understand them and put themselves in their shoes…and hopefully suggesting a happy ending for them too.
It would be nice if we got a color spread with Akiho and Kaito, in the future, wearing green and pink.
Okay, I think I rambled even too much about this color page!!
Let’s proceed to the real chapter!

The fateful day has come

Actual commentary of the chapter (in condensed version) starts here.

  • Yoooooo so we’re finally at the day everyone was dreading ever since it was first mentioned dozens of chapters ago: the school play.
I have to say that I appreciated A LOT how CLAMP introduced us properly and without rush to the school event, because it’s a very important, crucial part of the plot and it needs its proper attention.
Wonderful idea to have it outdoor, especially cause there’ll be more room for the inevitable mess that will ensue, heheh.

And here I have to point out what’s maybe the thing that irked me the most about the ENG translation of this chapter. See it for yourself, from the JP version:

image
image
image

If you have the ENG translation at hand, you’ll realize they completely DELETED what CLAMP had hand-written (in English, at that!!! For once that they go all the trouble to write in English with Japanese subtitles!!) and replaced it with digital text, but not only that, they also completely changed the words used in the signs.
Now, I might not notice if a sentence is unnatural in English cause I’m not a native speaker, but my native speaker friends told me the sentences CLAMP used aren’t bad at all and actually add a sense of mysteriousness to all of it.
So why the change? It seems totally deliberate, like a “I absolutely need to change something in this chapter”. The thing gets even more absurd when you realize that the sign with “have a nice time” was left untouched. WHY? Bah.

  • Fujitaka was absolutely adorable and I love that CLAMP decided to show his dorky side, keeping true to the desire to explore and give shape to the side characters, as revealed recently in a Twitter Space.
Even seeing Touya kinda exasperated with his father is a new element adding to their father-son dynamic, and it’s really fun!
  • Loved also the panels with Touya-Yuki-Nakuru (everyone is there, we’re only missing the British rest of the gang and then we have the full cast!)
  • All of Sakura’s teachers are appearing in this chapter (for maybe the last time??) and guess who couldn’t miss the opportunity?? Hahaha I thought he was an anime-only teacher but as Clear Card has got us used to, there’s no boundary between anime and manga canon!
image
image
image

It’s our man, MIKE FROM PORTLAND ENTERS THE CLIMAX, GUYS!!
He’s a running joke among me and my fandom friends, so much that he became basically a meme and we’ve always theorized that he’s actually the mastermind behind this all, lol!

  • The play starts!! Again, appreciated how CLAMP made everything very realistic, from the kids moving on stage, to the assistants passing props, to kids checking everything in the background, to Sakura facing the audience most of the time and not the characters she’s speaking to….very very nice, and it gave me huge “The Sealed Card” vibes (especially with Sonomi offering to share her video and all). I think we all more or less felt that way.
  • Loved the moment Tomoyo finished singing the intro song and tells “Good morning, Alice” to Sakura, de facto transitioning everyone to the real play. I think such an important moment is fitting for Tomoyo, who’s kinda breaking the ice and “passing the baton” to Sakura, here.
  • We have not one, but actually TWO changes of outfits for Sakura on stage, and very quick too! I have to say, I’m not crazy about the costume she’s wearing towards the end of the chapter, but if you have my same opinion, well…. fear not, cause this doesn’t seem to be THAT costume we’re all waiting for, as the sleeve we got a peek of in chapter 61 is different than that of this oufit. So yeah, the definitive dress that will accompany Sakura till the end has yet to appear. I have to point something out about this costume, though! You probably have noticed THE BROOCH, right?
image
image

Yep, it’s the same brooch that Momo gave Sakura after turning the Time Book into it, back in chapter 50! In that occasion, Momo wanted to give Sakura a “hint” of what was about to come, cause that was all that she was allowed to do….
Thus this reinforced the theory that is running around (and I subscribe to it to 50%) that after the second change of outfit and all those dark curtains covering everything, Sakura might have actually already stepped into the world of Momo’s book. There’s this brooch, as glaring evidence, and the fact that the Syaoran who appears in the end (dressed with a very peculiar outfit, a cat ears hat and A MONOCLE?? SERIOUSLY?? CLAMP?? a MONOCLE OF ALL THINGS??) seems “out of place”. He’s so smug, so different from the Syaoran we know. It might be only the role he has to play (but then again, didn’t he say that he would only voice the cat??), but those “shaaaan, shaaaan” sfx are very suspicious too, cause they are the sfx that appeared all the time during Sakura’s dreams…..hmmm. And that gear motive on his clothes…
We’ll have to see if that’s the case or not, cause Akiho didn’t even appear yet and I’d like the poor girl to at least be able to say a line or two before everything goes to sh*t, after all the effort she poured into this!!!
I really can’t wait to see Akiho’s outfit…..(I missed her in this chapter!).

  • And now, the sore point…hehehe….I left it for last.

While the play progresses peacefully, Yuna D. Kaito and Momo are observing everything from a safe elevated location.
Momo is definitely in a bad mood and wonders if Kaito has had any part in the change of title of the play, but he says it’s merely a coincidence (The “I swear” we see in the ENG version is free text added randomly). And it’s at that moment, my dear friends, that I’m sure more than one of you (me included) had a shiver running through their spine…
Momo quotes someone, saying:

“There are no coincidences in this world”

And Kaito finishes it off for her:
There’s only inevitability”

Now, it’s kinda difficult to poinpoint exactly who they are quoting, as this iconic CLAMP leitmotiv has been said by many characters in the multiverse, in CCS specifically it was said by both Clow and Kaho. But it’s not hard to believe that Kaito might know Yuuko from xxxHolic, even just by reputation. Even more likely for Momo.
So yeah, seeing them quoting this iconic phrase was both exciting and scary for me. But, I have to admit, the thing that kinda ruined my enjoyment of the chapter for an entire night was…..the dragon symbol on Kaito’s outfit.
Yes, the outfit in itself is very pretty and it’s once again an outfit in asian/chinese style that Kaito seems to be wearing a lot lately (My “lost child from the Li clan” theory is always in the back of my mind, I want to remind you……). But that dragon….why did they have to do this to me.
I’ve always known that the “Dragon = Kaito” is a very popular theory and I subscribed to it myself, some time ago. But then I realized, the more I grew attached to Kaito’s character, that it wouldn’t bode well if he really was connected to that dragon. It reaaaally doesn’t look like things could go well for him, if he turns into that dragon or summons it.
For a period, I rested relatively peacefully because that dragon was featured on the book the bastards have used to turn Akiho into a living artifact.
So, I told myself, the dragon is associated to the Association, rather than Kaito himself, and that’s why it appears on the pages of his childhood flashback.
But now, having it all over his outfit, the final outfit, the one that he will wear during the climax….on the back and on the sides….if it was an outfit from the Association, why wearing it now
No…I think it has more to do with him personally. And the way he might be personally involved with that dragon frankly terrifies me. I’m really worried for his safety, but I still stubbornly cling to that happy ending that CLAMP owe to us, after so much suffering for him.
Nothing good can ever come out of this story if Kaito cannot find a happy ending, and we if cannot get an emotional reward equal to the pain they put us through (us = those who appreciate Kaito, but I don’t think it would leave a nice taste in all the other reader’s mouths too, if he had a painful ending).
Being both a SyaoSaku and a YunaAki fan, I have my heart torn in two right now, one side is lulling itself in the security that the main couple will come out of this ordeal stronger and more united than before (and this month’s color page is supporting that), while the other half is in anguish while seeing a tragedy (the tragedy Momo feared so much) unfolding month after month.
What can we do, we can only hope Akiho will unleash all her assertiveness and stop him before that damn dragon makes its entrance, and Sakura will give her help as well.

So for now I will swallow this uneasiness at that dragon on Kaito’s outfit and invite you to come reading me (hopefully without incidents) once again at the end of this month! Here’s the dates for chapter 64:

June 28th, on Bookwalker (digital, ENG)
June 29th, on Clamp-fans and Comic-days (digital, JP and other languages)
July 2nd (probably), on Nakayoshi (paper and digital, JP)

Beware, chapter 64 will be the last one of the future volume 13 so be prepared for a huge CLIFFHANGER!!

Ps. I want to thank all my followers on Twitter who encouraged me to write this post again…without them I wouldn’t have had enough willpower to do it!!

I will wait for asks about this chapter, if you have anything you want to talk about!

See you!
